But I find it difficult to get enthusiastic about a ministerial changing of the guard, in a government of much-diminished ministerial responsibility, PMO dominance, and an obsession with “comms”. Accordingly, while your pat on the back for Ralph Goodale was spot on and certainly welcome, it was also a stark reminder that it has not always been this way. And the same goes for a committee of Ministers, welcome as that may be.
